My Practice
My years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, in addition to my years of lived experience enables me to provide effective, nonjudgmental and compassionate care. I have the capacity to address a variety of presenting issues, which I speak to more thoroughly in the ”Services" section of my website. Person centered care and empowering people to access what they need to create lasting change is of the utmost importance to me. I know that an authentic approach will help foster a safe space to explore feelings, and solutions for individuals.
Additionally I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is a proven therapy that can help resolve significant emotional pain associated with loss, trauma, persistent negative emotions, and phobias.
What to Expect
In our initial meeting we will explore what is most important to you to address. I believe strongly in relationship and engagement. If this ends up not being a fit for you I will do my best to help you find someone who is. If this IS a fit for you our focus will be aimed at your healing, growth, and maximizing your inner strengths. We will achieve this by assessing what is the best way forward, accessing my tools and yours and developing a treatment plan that works for you. I offer a 15 min consultation at no charge to you, to ensure that it is a good fit, and something I can truly help you with.
